New York’s Premier Land Surveyor
Stephen F. Hoppe, L.S., is a licensed State of New York land surveyor, who performs land surveying for all of Westchester County and Rockland County in New York State. He is a member of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors and is a fully licensed by the State of New York as a land surveyor.

Hoppe Land Surveying provides land surveys for title searches, property disputes, construction staking, variance applications and more. We work with developers, contractors, attorneys, title companies, business owners, as well as individual land and homeowners. We also do elevation certificates.
